Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other critical information. Your expertise in data entry, pharmacy operations, and customer service will enable you to make a significant impact on patient satisfaction and the overall success of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient data, prescriptions, and other critical information into our pharmacy systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Pharmacy Operations: Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient experiences, including prescription filling, medication management, and patient education.
- Clinical Services: Provide clinical services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results administration, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking of medications and supplies.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and reviews, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in data entry, pharmacy operations, and customer service.
Essential Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
- Certifications: Certified Immunizer or able to become certified within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
