Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a retail customer training specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding small groups and individual customers in learning about Apple products and services, using effective presentation skills and a personalized approach to maximize their understanding and your efficiency.
  • Facilitating training sessions, adapting your teaching style to meet the individual needs of customers and ensuring that they feel valued and empowered.
  • Engaging with customers in the store between scheduled sessions, enriching their experience through your knowledge and enthusiasm.
