Scope of Work
As a Data Entry Specialist – EHR Transition, you will be responsible for accurately extracting and entering clinical data into a new EHR platform. Your tasks will include:
- Extracting and entering clinical data (e.g., demographics, medications, diagnoses, visit notes) into a new EHR platform
- Sourcing material from PDF files and exported records from a previous EMR
- Adhering to structured templates and naming conventions
- Working within a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment (e.g., via remote desktop or secure cloud system)

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
U.S.-based and legally able to sign a HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

Familiarity with PHI handling standards and HIPAA best practices

Prior experience working with EHR systems preferred
