Job Summary

As a Core Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately and efficiently conducting various financial transactions, and creating a welcoming environment that supports our company's policies, core values, and operations priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable - Accurately and efficiently conduct various financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety procedures and company policies - Merchandise products in a way that's visually appealing and easy to navigate - Handle age-sensitive sales with discretion and professionalism - Participate in company-sponsored training classes to enhance job skills and knowledge - Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals - Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales and customer service - Knowledge of company policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of customer service principles - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending - Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use company software and systems - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
