Job Summary

As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members and providers. Your role will be to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to both members and providers, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Providing accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
  • Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
  • Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (2 years of experience is required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in call center support or customer service (2 years of experience is required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
