Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently processing data, including patient information, medical records, and financial transactions
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and medical histories
- Conducting data audits and quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, or computer science)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or pharmacist (RPh)
- Experience working with protected health information (PHI) and sensitive data

- Certification in data analysis or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
