Job Summary

As a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing front office operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Schedule appointments and manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Take down customer orders and input information accurately into our dispatch system
  • Utilize computer software, such as MS Office and QuickBooks, to manage client information and perform administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a restoration or related industry

  • Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
