Position Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and resolve issues
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product expert and answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
