Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. Key Responsibilities

* Manage various operations and customer service functions related to our classic vehicles area

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of classic vehicles or a related area
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
