Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our graveyard shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. - Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment. - Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's health and safety standards. - Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and performing opening and closing duties. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions. - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a convenience store or retail environment. - Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. - Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
