Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer-facing teams in Paso Robles, CA. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with arenaflex's overall business objectives - Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Analyze customer feedback and complaints, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address customer concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor and report on customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and net promoter score - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team

Essential Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of customer service representatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and complaints and develop solutions to address customer concerns - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service - Experience with process improvement and change management - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
