Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Franklin, IN. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs and business demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a convenience store or retail environment
