Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
