Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll work closely with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
  • Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes, providing exceptional support to our customers and their representatives.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

* Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text, and chat using several insurance company systems.

  • Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes.
  • Work in a fun and collaborative team environment.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team Lead to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience is required.

  • Previous call center experience is highly desirable.
  • Empathetic towards customer needs, with a strong ability to understand and address their concerns.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change are essential.
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus, but not required.
  • The working hours for this role will be 9:30am - 6pm MST.
