Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent - Work From Home with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
- Reviewing clients' needs and wants for travel, to ensure that you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their requirements
- Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
- Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations
- Becoming an ambassador for the brand and working alongside other team members
- Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
- Creating promotional materials to utilize and staying up-to-date on changes within the tourism industry
- Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go and booking travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)
- Effectively communicating with clients pre/post travel and promptly responding to all travel inquires
- Effectively managing your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
- Handling issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
- Maintaining up-to-date information within our software and networking with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients
- Participating in FAM trips when possible
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
- Be fluent in English
- Be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
- Have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommended but not required
- Have personal travel experience, although not required
- Have previous experience in customer service or hospitality, although not required

Expected Salary
The expected salary for this role is $35,000 - $75,000 per year.
Location
This is a remote position, and you will be working from home in Sitka, AK.
