The Role

As a full stack customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
• Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Proven track record in customer service, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and high-quality customer interactions, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

To provide the best possible customer experience, you'll need a quiet, uninterrupted space with an organized desk area.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other employment-related expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings.

Compensation and Benefits

As a contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on your performance and client requirements. You'll also have access to additional incentives and bonuses based on client and performance metrics.

Location

This role is based in Texas, and you'll need to be located within the state to ensure compliance with client requirements.
