Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate complex situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop expertise in health insurance and customer service - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
