Position Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access)
  • A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
