Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating, promoting, and selling products and services to prospective customers, strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to meet their unique needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets, achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Providing exceptional customer support, assisting customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Tracking sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and reporting on performance regularly to management.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients' requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • A willingness to be coached and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.

Preferred Qualifications

While a high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications is preferred. Additionally, experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
