Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, sales representatives, marketing, and development teams to provide top-notch support and resolve a wide range of inquiries. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the solar industry, develop your skills, and grow your career in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions-oriented feedback
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Utilize Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage tasks and communicate with teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and advance career

Essential Qualifications

* 2-3 years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Bilingual Spanish and English, written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage heavy phone activity and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Experience in the solar industry or a related field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
