Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
