Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing legendary service and has a strong desire to grow and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $26 to $33 per hour with significant growth and earning potential

• Includes $4 Shift Differential
• 4- or 5-day on-site schedules available, including weekends
