Experienced Data Entry Associate – Contract Manufacturing Operations Support

As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our database, ensuring compliance with data field accuracy, and supporting our contract manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications and maintaining precise customer credit records
• Managing electronic files efficiently and handling data entry tasks such as form letters, labels, and correspondence
• Assisting in maintaining data field accuracy compliance and accessing information from computers to maintain our database
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Overseeing materials handling and reviewing for discrepancies, handling pricing, shipping functions, and purchase requisitions efficiently
• Ensuring accurate order entry and labeling, and being proficient in sales techniques and strategies
• Maintaining a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail, and being able to review and analyze data effectively
• Utilizing database management systems to manage and maintain accurate data, and being knowledgeable in pricing strategies and negotiations
• Familiarity with shipping functions and logistics, and being able to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Understanding of product specifications and standards, and being able to provide clear and concise explanations
• Experience in managing and organizing electronic files, and being familiar with ST Microcontroller operations
• Ability to handle purchase requisitions, manage consignments and shipments, and identify invalid data and correct errors
• Experience in contract manufacturing operations, and being able to draft and manage form letters
• Familiarity with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) procedures, and experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and related tasks

• Familiarity with typical office functions and operations
• Understanding of compliance regulations and standards
• Experience in materials handling and management
• Ability to review and analyze data effectively
• Proficient in using database management systems
• Knowledge in pricing strategies and negotiations
• Familiarity with shipping functions and logistics
• Effective written correspondence skills
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Understanding of product specifications and standards
• Experience in order entry systems and processes
• Knowledge in labeling and packaging procedures
• Availability to work onsite when required
