Our products include the Provider Digitization Suite—HeliumOS and HeliumDoc, Financial Solutions—HeliumCredit and HeliumWallet, and Our Public Health & DataPartnerships - Public Health and Data and Insights. This is a high-output, short-term 2-week project focused on standardising and validating records using AI-assisted tools. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join a fast-paced data alignment initiative across clinical, pharmacy, and laboratory datasets. All selected candidates will work within a structured workflow to support a combined target of a minimum of 3,000 validated records per day. In line with the above, we are hiring across the following specialist categories:

  • Laboratory Scientist (Medical Data)
  • Validate laboratory and diagnostic data using LOINC coding standards
  • Correct errors in AI-generated suggestions via the dedicated data portal
  • Pharmacy Specialist
  • Map and validate medication data using RxNorm standards
  • Review and correct AI-generated pharmacy-related patient records
  • Clinical Specialist (Doctor)
  • Assign and validate ICD-10 diagnostic codes
  • Review and refine prediction engine outputs for clinical accuracy
  • Project Supervisor (Senior Clinical Reviewer)
  • Perform a mandatory 25% audit of all daily record batches
  • Oversee quality assurance across specialist outputs
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
