Salesforce Developer Lead / Tech Lead — Bilingual (Spanish/English)
This is a remote position. Location: Remote (Colombia / LATAM, GMT-5) Employment type: Full-time / Staff Augmentation Seniority: Senior (7+ years building on Salesforce; 2+ leading) Language: Advanced English (C1 preferred; strong B2 acceptable) Role Mission Lead technical delivery and architecture across Salesforce initiatives, guiding developers and admins while enforcing Well-Architected principles, code quality, and secure-by-design practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture (data/security model, integrations, LWC/Apex patterns)
- Lead estimations, technical design, code reviews, and test/CI/CD strategy
- Govern release processes, risk management, and performance tuning
- Mentor engineers; foster standards and learning paths/certifications
- Partner with business stakeholders to align roadmap with measurable value
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 7–8+ years on Salesforce; 2+ years as technical reference/lead
- Strong track record in integrations, data modeling, and security
- B2/C1 English
- Certifications: PD-I required; PD-II and progress toward Architect (Application/System) preferred
