[Remote] Remote Research Scientist (Seattle)

This role involves designing, conducting, and evaluating research projects that support the development of new scientific and technical solutions, with a focus on advancing discovery and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative research aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design experiments, collect data, analyze results, and present findings.
- Develop research protocols, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare or contribute to reports, publications, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical applications.
- Keep up to date with scientific trends, literature, and emerging technologies. Skills
- Strong understanding of scientific principles, research methods, and data analysis.
- Experience conducting research in a laboratory, technical, or scientific environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Previous experience in research, laboratory work, or technical project environments.
- Familiarity with scientific tools, instruments, or data-analysis software.
- Experience in a cross-disciplinary or fast-paced research setting.
