We’re looking for a Home-Based Ops Specialist – Employee Navigator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will provide technology support to internal teams and clients, manage online enrollment systems, support system implementation processes, and contribute to project coordination involving benefits technology platforms.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new software, wearing multiple hats, and delivering accurate, detail-oriented support in a deadline-driven environment. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Highly Proficient Communicator: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Organized & Deadline-Driven: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-centric role while managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Ensures accuracy when managing data, testing systems, documentation, and implementation processes. Adaptable & Proactive: Thrives in dynamic environments, responds effectively to unexpected changes, and proactively resolves issues. Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: Comfortable learning new platforms, systems, and software tools while handling varied operational responsibilities. WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide expertise with all facets of the Employee Navigator platform, as well as any other alternate technology platforms. Implement and maintain standard internal processes for data collection templates and client-specific benefit rules. Completes testing scenarios during implementation to ensure system accuracy. Coordinates with service providers to set up Electronic Data Interface as appropriate. Provides technology education and enrollment support during open enrollment periods. Provides support to internal Account Executives and Benefit Strategists regarding technology needs. Creates and maintains process workflow associated with the Benefits technology implementation process. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a technology/systems role in the health insurance industry. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Must have experience on a PC and have advanced working knowledge of software to accomplish tasks. Software proficiency must include the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher. Must also have a dynamic and proficient ability to learn new software applications.
