We need an English-fluent Financial Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities Support budgeting and forecasting activities Create financial dashboards and management reports Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed Requirements: 6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and reporting skills Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
