The Learning Experience Designer will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by the company. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills. Excellent knowledge of curriculum content creation and design Role Details Industry: Automotive Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Workdays: Monday through Friday CST Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient Salary Range: PHP 85,000 - 90,000 Job Responsibilities Ideas and Concepts

  • Ideate innovative and effective learning experience solutions in collaboration with peers and/or team lead.
  • Lead or participate in project team working meetings, brainstorm sessions, and other collaborative meetings to generate ideas that help our clients achieve their goals.

Content Development

  • Ideate innovative and effective learning experience solutions in collaboration with peers and/or team lead.
  • Research and distill client-provided source materials to identify and document key learning points.
  • Develop assigned project deliverables using tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Project deliverables include, but are not limited to:

Visually-polished PowerPoint presentations Event flows Scripting Web-based training (WBT) storyboards Product guides Activity materials Facilitator instructions

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Experiential Learning by communicating key learning points through interactive, fun learning experiences.

Research

  • Stay abreast of developments and trends in the areas of adult learning and instructional design. This includes software tools and technologies that can creatively enhance the learning experience.
  • Take initiative to become knowledgeable about automotive technology, retail operations, and especially assigned clients' vehicles through sources like manufacturer websites, industry publications, etc.

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments—graphics, production, logistics, etc.—when deliverables require the involvement of others outside of the Creative team.
  • Maintain awareness of how your assigned deliverables impact and depend on other departments and communicate accordingly.

Project Support

  • Attend client-facing and internal meetings to maintain awareness of project status and developments.
  • Consult with internal and external clients regarding creative deliverables' design and execution.
  • Regularly utilize Teamwork (our project management software) to stay on top of key creative milestones and manage due dates for your assigned project tasks.
  • Review and edit project deliverables or supporting documents upon request.
  • Support ancillary tasks that help complete the overall project, which include but are not limited to:

Contributing to collaborative project meetings Conducting miscellaneous research projects Coordinating materials (designing, printing, etc.) for in-person events Supporting other departments with miscellaneous “creative” needs Additional Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and two years of related experience and/or training Demonstrated fluency using Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the instructional design and/or automotive industry focused on creative content development and/or training.
