You manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and guide them from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment. Backgrounds that translate well: sales, recruiting, call center, client consulting, or admissions.
What You'll Do
Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through enrollment Respond to all new inquiries same-day; conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets; report pipeline status weekly Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity Build referral relationships with external partners over time Represent the organization professionally across all written and verbal communication What We're Looking For 2+ years in a high-volume call role: sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or client services Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets Strong consultative communication — you listen first, then guide CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment Empathetic, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people you talk to Apply To This Job
