Aspen Group, Inc has an opening for a full time Affiliate Coordinator Agreement Specialist in the Office of Field Experience (OFE) department. This is a REMOTE position. The Affiliate Coordinator Agreement Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and technical support of the Office of Field Experience and College of Nursing and Health Sciences that include, but not limited to, supporting the affiliate process and the clinical database system. Major/Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain a database of information which shows status of all in process and executed documents, as well as preceptor information and approvals; responsible for filing all executed agreements for easy retrieval in required information system. Review legal documentation such as Affiliation Agreements, insurance regulations, and site communication. Support the affiliate approval process and ensure timely completion, escalating any rushes as required. Assist users with technical experience of database. Ensures daily/regular communication with CPC team, legal department, insurance broker, College and affiliate on status of agreement; responsible for removing obstacles and roadblocks to ensure timely completion. Establishes rapport and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Recommends process improvements to maximize quality of process for affiliates, OFE, the division, and the College. Create and convey training and new required processes to users. Education: Bachelors (preferred), in business, management, health administration, or related field. Some college education is required. Experience: Education Administration, 1 + years (preferred) or Contract Review, 1 + years (preferred) or Business Development, 1 + years (preferred) or Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills & abilities have been achieved. Skills and Abilities: Exceptional customer service skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Skilled in setting priorities, making critical decisions, and remaining flexible in high pressure situations Skilled in executing responsibilities in a timely, meticulous and professional manner, while demonstrating initiative and creativity Skilled in creating and maintaining human and automated systems to protect physical security of persons and equipment and confidentiality of data and records Skilled in creating and coordinating complex schedules, calendars, activities, and events Skilled in creating, managing, and using data systems to support decision making Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing Ability to interact effectively with university administrators and leaders in the public and private sectors Work Environment: This is a remote position that requires working from home using a university-provided laptop. The role involves regular use of email, video conferencing, and other online tools to communicate and complete tasks. A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection are essential. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and walk a distance of up to 400 meters. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
