Multilingual AI Quality Operator (English/Mandarin/Cantonese)
Overview
Help improve AI by reviewing, translating, and refining the product quality. We need a tech-savvy communicator fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to ensure high-quality linguistic output. What You’ll Do Evaluate and refine AI-generated capabilities in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Act as the language subject matter expert for our Mandarin and Cantonese patient engagement product. Provide translations and feedback to our patient engagement product team. Use digital tools to track and report product quality with high accuracy.
Requirements
Trilingual: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and AI tools. Experience: Background in Healthcare or Customer Service is a plus. Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S Equipment: Access to a private computer, private workspace, and private, strong internet connection.
