Experienced Senior Data Analyst – Data Entry and Business Operations Support

We're now seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to support our Business Operations team in the Data Analysis group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize business processes. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and analyze data related to subscriber changes, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection, to inform business decisions and optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with upstream data partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection.
- Identify and analyze data anomalies and exceptions to inform business decisions and optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to support their decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business operations to continuously improve our processes and deliver exceptional results.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and ETL processing pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience in a scientific field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical or scientific ideas to a wide range of audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
- Familiarity with data visualization and data exploration tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Chartio.
- Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of data science concepts, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Postgraduate education in a scientific field.
- Familiarity with data streaming platforms, such as Apache Kafka or Amazon Kinesis.
