Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing informed and objective responses to complex concerns related to eligibility guidelines, policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns
  • Responding effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including chat, email, and phone calls
  • Processing workflow documents, including income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents
  • Staying up-to-date with new knowledge of policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrating it with resource materials to answer client concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide callers with informed and objective responses to complex concerns in regard to eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns

  • Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts
  • Process workflow documents, which include income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents
  • Accept new knowledge of policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrate it with resource materials to answer client concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Commercial and residential property insurance experience required
  • Inbound and outbound call center experience required
  • Electronic communication with customers, including email and chat experience required
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Microsoft application experience required

Home Office Requirements

* Reliable high-speed internet service

  • Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

Pay Transparency

arenaflex compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value analysis, including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. arenaflex will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Minimum Salary: $14.95 Maximum Salary: $22.50
