Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues - Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide informed sales recommendations - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills - Meet performance metrics and sales targets, as set by management

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering creative solutions - Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a call center or sales environment - Knowledge of insurance products and services - Familiarity with sales software and tools - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
