Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our digital databases. Your duties will include:

Confidentiality:

Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies

Data Entry:

Inputting customer and account data into our digital databases, using source documents as a reference

Data Verification:

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output to ensure accuracy

Research:

Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure accurate data entry

Data Program Techniques:

Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry

Reporting:

Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations

Backup Operations:

Performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity

Document Scanning:

Scanning documents and printing files, when needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong Computer Skills:

Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools

Analytical Thinking:

The ability to think analytically and solve problems efficiently

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience:

Previous experience working in a data entry role is a plus, but not required
