Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution. What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across our digital ecosystem. You will partner closely with the Marketing Manager, who will hand you fully scoped campaign briefs covering objectives, audiences, budgets, creative, and KPIs. Your job is to turn those briefs into live, well-built, well-optimized campaigns that hit their targets. This is an execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in the craft of building campaigns the right way: clean account structures, accurate tracking, disciplined budget pacing, and tight optimization loops. You will not be defining strategy from scratch, but you will be the operator who makes that strategy perform in-platform.

Responsibilities

Campaign Build & Execution: Translate pre-packaged campaign briefs into ready-to-launch builds across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. Advanced Audience Targeting: Configure highly specific, niche audience segments and parameters tailored to complex global industries (e.g., targeting specialized industrial profiles across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions). Platform & Technical Hygiene: Build out clean account structures, ad groups, bidding strategies, tracking pixels, UTM tagging, and offline conversion configurations. Rigorous QA: Review every campaign component before launch—including copy alignment, landing page destinations, budget caps, and scheduling—to eliminate live errors. Budget Pacing & Optimization: Perform daily account monitoring to manage budget pacing and execute continuous optimization loops (negative keywords, bid adjustments, placement exclusions). Performance Tracking: Partner closely with the client’s internal sales ops, business intelligence, and analytics teams to secure clear full-funnel attribution and generate detailed weekly performance reports.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid media campaigns in-platform (agency background strongly preferred). Core Channels: Current, deep execution expertise across a minimum of three core channels: Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Global Execution: Proven experience running localized digital advertising campaigns across multiple global regions (such as EMEA and APAC). Analytical Competency: Strong capabilities in data tracking, analytics interpretation, and heavy utilization of Excel/Google Sheets for spend reporting. Operational Style: Exceptional attention to detail with a strict focus on execution discipline, working cleanly from structured creative/strategic briefs.

Nice-to-Have

Skills: Experience with 6sense (ABM), TikTok Ads, SQL/advanced analytics tools, or exposure to the petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, or industrial enterprise software sectors. Why this opportunity is unique This position offers rare exposure to executing hyper-targeted, ultra-niche campaigns for a cutting-edge global industrial software leader, allowing you to master complex international audience deployment across major global enterprise hubs. Anticipated Salary Range: The anticipated pay range for this role is $70,000 to $95,000 annual base salary. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits: Medical Insurance 401k PTO Sick leave Remote working Apply To This Job
