The Role

As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping customers resolve financial issues and achieve a better handle on their finances. You'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolve their concerns
  • Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with managers to receive feedback, tips, and guidance on improving your performance
  • Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting (retail, sales, or wait staff backgrounds are highly valued)
  • Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
  • A GED or High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong typing skills with minimal errors
