Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Proficiency in typing (50+ WPM) and comfort using various computer applications.
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment handling high call volumes.
- Consistently achieving high QA/KPI scores (90% or higher).
- Experience with CRM software; knowledge of the home service industry is a plus but not essential.
