Job Description

We know you're going to love it here! arenaflex has an outstanding culture and an employee experience that is second to none. Our next classes start in October 28th, 2024, and we are currently hiring for schedules with start times that range between the following hours:

  • 10:30AM - 7:00PM CST
  • Note: Shifts are Monday-Friday with weekends as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries.
  • Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions.
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day by energetically engaging in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat.
  • Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries.

  • Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries.
  • Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions.
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Bonus Points:

* If you have a High School Diploma or GED, you'll receive bonus points!

  • If you have 1+ years of customer service experience, you'll be a strong candidate for this role!
