Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
