Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across multiple systems and applications, and utilizing guided workflows to resolve customer issues. Your passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience, and ability to empathize with customers will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues using guided workflows, walking customers through step-by-step resolutions
  • Multitask across multiple systems and applications, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing updates on issue resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Work independently in a remote environment, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 per hour after 180 days of employment

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide patient assistance and support
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and ability to type at least 35 wpm
