Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent who's passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll provide accurate information regarding our services, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

As a Remote WFH Full-Time Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding services related to health, wellness, and fitness
  • Resolving customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering suitable solutions effectively
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Documenting all customer interactions, feedback, and suggestions in the appropriate system for future reference

Requirements
