Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist who is proficient in Mandarin and English language skills, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls

  • Process payments securely and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, collaborating with the team to improve customer support
  • Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on call center experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • B2 level proficiency in English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food ordering app industry or a related field

  • Proficiency in Mandarin language skills
  • Strong typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
