We're seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join our Talent Management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global teams to provide timely and accurate solutions to employee issues, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy. As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Providing support with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
- Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
- Helping create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
- Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool
- Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and analytical thinking
- The ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
- Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (a plus!)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a dynamic environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
