About The Role We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Tangem’s mobile applications and smart card software. Your primary focus will be on testing iOS and Android applications, conducting API testing, and managing comprehensive test documentation. You will play a vital role in identifying bugs, investigating incidents reported by customers, and collaborating closely with development and support teams to implement improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to the development of secure fintech products that impact users globally. Your expertise will help maintain Tangem’s reputation for delivering innovative and reliable blockchain solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in mobile application testing (iOS, Android)
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience in API testing and understanding of backend and client-server interactions
• Solid technical background with familiarity in modern technologies
• Experience working within Agile teams in fast-paced environments
• Product-oriented mindset emphasizing user satisfaction and quality
• Experience testing fintech applications such as payment, crypto, and banking apps
• Proficiency with analytics, monitoring, and logs (e.g., Amplitude, Sentry, Kibana)
• Desire to grow expertise in automated testing processes

Nice To Have

• Experience with AI tools integration into testing workflows
• Experience writing automated tests for mobile applications using Kotlin, Swift, Kaspresso, or XCUITest

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
• Perform API testing to ensure backend integration integrity
• Manage and update detailed test documentation including test cases, reports, and plans
• Investigate and document bugs, incidents, and customer-reported issues
• Participate in the development and refinement of testing processes and methodologies
• Collaborate effectively with development and support teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Contribute to the automation of testing procedures to enhance efficiency and coverage
