Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling arenaflex products and services
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and features
  • Processing orders, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market research
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, with a strong background in the HVAC industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* HVAC certification or equivalent experience

  • Experience with CRM software and database applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and productivity
