Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing live chat support to our customers, answering inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions
  • Logging into our chat application each night and interacting with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing their experience with prompt and accurate responses
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Contract Length and Compensation

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
  • Flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of handling social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and adhere closely to instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle customer queries efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection to ensure consistent availability during assigned hours

Location
