Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of predictive analytics models that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for applying statistical modeling techniques to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze complex data sets and develop predictive analytics models that drive business growth and improvement

  • Use algorithms and statistical predictive models to assess scenarios and predict future outcomes
  • Develop and validate hypotheses using advanced mathematical, statistical, clinical, and/or computational techniques, including probability models, machine learning, data mining, sample recognition, data visualization, predictive analytics, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, and/or other complex strategies
  • Document assigned tasks, including business objectives, data collection and processing, main methods, final algorithm, unique set of results, and analytical metrics
  • Assist with developing materials to explain assignment findings
  • Escalate issues and roadblocks as they occur
  • Interact with team members and stakeholders to provide semi-regular data related to assigned tasks
  • May prepare and present interpretation of findings to internal clients

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

  • Strong knowledge of analytics, statistical, or mathematical concepts and techniques
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and out of the country)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

  • Experience with machine learning, data mining, and/or other advanced analytics techniques
  • Certification in a relevant analytics or data science field, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
  • Experience working with large data sets and developing predictive models using advanced statistical techniques
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
