The Opportunity
We're excited to announce a new remote customer service opportunity with arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible scheduling options, and we're offering a competitive hourly rate of $25.
Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting customers with booking, reservations, and general inquiries
- Providing information on flight schedules, services, and policies
- Resolving customer concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications
